- APEX Four Star Major Regional Airlines Recognation 2019
PETALING JAYA – Malindo Air has again gained recognition as a Four-Star Main Airlines version of APEX 2019 (APEX Four Star Major Regional Airlines Recognition 2019) at the prestigious APEX Official Airline Ratings. Similar awards were also received the previous year.

Apart from being the APEX 2018/2019 Four Star Major Regional Airlines Recognation winner, the five-year-old airline has won several awards including the 2018 Malaysia Best Employer Brand Awards, the Pacific Asia Regional Airline of the Year 2016 CAPA’s, the New Comer of the Year Australia 2016/17 by Expedia.com, TOP Recognition – Malaysia SME® Preferred Airline Partner, Passenger at the 2014 KLIA Awards and Top Performing Airline 2015 by Travelport. APEX Official Airline ™ Ratings based on surveys, namely passenger feedback / feedback collected through the APEX partnership with TripIt®, the highest travel management application in the world, using a five-star scale calculation, more than one million flightsrated by passengers at nearly 500 airlines from all over the world between 1 July 2017 and 30 June 2018. APEX Official Airline Ratings ™ are independently certified by professional external audit companies and are used to formally rank airlines, as well as the APEX Passenger Choice Awards.
